I work alongside founders as a Personal COO and Business Architect, turning ideas, moving parts, and operational challenges into clear systems and execution.

My work sits at the intersection of strategy and implementation. I look at how a business actually operates, identify what's creating friction or unnecessary dependence on the founder, and build the processes, workflows, and structure needed to keep things moving.

HEY I'M flor!

LET'S CHAT

For more than 15 years, I've worked alongside entrepreneurs, executives, and small businesses across operations, project management, marketing, and business support.

Today, I bring that experience to my work as a Personal COO and Business Architect—helping founder-led businesses build the systems, workflows, and processes they need to operate with less friction and less dependence on the founder.

My work is rooted in experience

Success should feel sustainable, not chaotic. Every system, process, and decision is built to support your goals, your values, and your well-being — not just the bottom line.

Alignment

Real progress comes from steady, intentional follow-through. From daily tasks to big-picture projects, I show up reliably and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Consistency

I'll tell you what I see, even when it's uncomfortable. If a process isn't working, a system is unnecessary, or something needs to change, I'll say so—and help you figure out what to do next.

HONESTY IS THE BEST POLICY

MY VALUES

My career started inside large organizations, including national television networks and the Musical Instrument Museum, where I worked across operations, marketing, project coordination, and events. At MIM, I helped shape the procedures and systems behind a growing events department and managed complex projects from start to finish.
For more than a decade, I’ve worked alongside entrepreneurs and small businesses, and over time I found myself drawn to the work behind the work: creating structure, improving processes, and finding better ways to get things done. That became the foundation for my work as a Business Architect and Personal COO.
